As Chinese government issues its Steel Industry Guideline in 2005, ourservices research Institute has published a series reports on clarifying details and implications of the new steel industry guideline.Mysteel research Institute has followed the evolution of Chinese government’s policy of steel industry, promptly updating and explaining how the new policy will be implemented and the progress of Chinese steel industry consolidation. As the report received positive feedbacks, ourservices research Institute has followed on further inquires into the new steel industry guideline such as how to benchmark new and obsolete capacity, the progress of Chinese steel mills’ M&A activities etc.

Mysteel research Institute has developed Chinese stainless steel cost curve, which, after three month trial operation, has proved to be effective tool to explain the dynamics of Chinese SST market.
